Terms and Conditions:
Please give as much notice as possible when you aren't able to make a class.
Inform me of any injuries or conditions before class, or of any changes.
All classes should be paid for up front, either for a block or pay as you go.
A block is valid for 4 or 8 weeks from the date of purchase. (pregnancy and kids yoga run for longer than 4 weeks)
If you are unable to use the block for medical reasons, then a doctors note must be produced before a refund is made.
This should be done before the block goes out of date.
Refunds are calculated at the full class price of £8.
Credit from an unused class cannot be carried over to another following course, but can be used for something else within the time frame of the current course (a yoga class, treatment or swim, or can be used by someone else, again before the end of the course or expiry date).
No refunds can be made otherwise (ie holidays or non attendance), but I am happy for someone else to use the payment within the 4 week period.
If you have booked a place on a course and drop out, there will be no refunds if the course has begun and I cannot fill the space.
Any part payment or pay as you go arrangements in a course should be discussed in advance of the course starting.
