Pregnancy Yoga & AquaNatal Yoga (from 14 weeks)

 

Pregnancy focused breathing and relaxation, postures to support the body during pregnancy and birth. Also comes with a booklet.

General Yoga

 

This is an all levels class. Some yoga experience is essential. If you aren't sure, give me a call. We practice a mix of sun saluations, vinyasa and hatha style static poses, with an emphasis on the breath. We always have a yoga nidra at the end.

Baby Yoga and reflexology with Sandra (contact her on 07708613500) - back on september 13th

 

For babies over 16 weeks, following on from baby massage, help baby meet their milestones, such as rolling, sitting, crawling, standing. Also Sandra is an experienced reflexologist, she will give mums plenty of guidance with techniques that can be used at home.

Beginners Yoga (next course begins on the 13th September for 7 weeks and is £42)

 

The course is for anyone who wants to start a yoga practice, and would like to commit to a programme rather than do a drop in class.Everyone gets a sheet with yoga poses on it.

 

They run regularly throughout the year so get in touch if you would like to put your name down.

Beginners yoga

 

This is perfect for anyone wanting to find out what yoga is about and what it can do for you both mentally and physically. Take it at your own pace and just do what you can. We end with yoga nidra.

Additional Information

 

 

  • Kids yoga available on request for youth clubs, summer schemes, birthday parties and schools.

 

  • Family sessions can be booked on site for groups of up to 8. Have fun, get fit and introduce your kids to yoga (for ages 3 and up).

 

  • Private sessions can be arranged on request.

 

 

  • Yoga evenings for small groups can be booked, includes a vegetarian/vegan meal and a nutritious juice on arrival.

Terms and Conditions:

 

Please give as much notice as possible when you aren't able to make a class.

 

Inform me of any injuries or conditions before class, or of any changes.

 

All classes should be paid for up front, either for a block or pay as you go.

 

A block is valid for 4 or 8 weeks only, from the date of purchase. (pregnancy and kids yoga run for longer than 4 weeks)

 

If you are unable to use the block for medical reasons, then a doctors note must be produced before a refund is made or extension given.

 

This should be done before the block goes out of date.

 

Refunds are calculated at the full class price of £8.

 

Credit from an unused class cannot be carried over to another following course, but can be used for something else within the time frame of the current course (a yoga class, treatment or swim, or can be used by someone else, again before the end of the course or expiry date).

 

No refunds can be made otherwise (ie holidays or non attendance), but I am happy for someone else to use the payment within the 4 week period.

 

If you have booked a place on a course and drop out, there will be no refunds if the course has begun and I cannot fill the space.

 

Any part payment or pay as you go arrangements in a course should be discussed in advance of the course starting.
