  • Play games to introduce traditional yoga poses
  • Work in a circle to encourage friendship
  • Warm up with music
  • Use cards to select poses for the class
  • Follow charts to learn poses
  • Make up games and poses

  • Mindfulness colouring
  • Breathing exercises
  • Candle meditation
  • Relaxation
