The 8 classes
Start at class 1, and then follow the sequence. Go back and do any that you enjoyed, repeat them as many times as you want. They are all around 45/50 minutes long.
The classes were filmed on zoom, or on my laptop, and you might notice a difference in the quality of some of them.
Class 1
Welcome everyone to this post natal yoga class. It is class 1 of an 8 week course. You will need a chair, a cushion or two, a scarf and if you have it a coregeous ball. Please be careful, especially if you are recovering from a c-section or an episiotomy.
Class 2
Class 2 Post Natal Course. You will need a chair, a scarf and a cushion. Optional also is the the Coregeous ball or a rolled up yoga mat. We focus on shoulder releases which are great if you are spending a lot of time sitting and feeding
Class 3
Week 3 of a post natal yoga course, suitable for after birth, if you have any ongoing issues you may need to seek a medical professional's opinion before starting any course. You will need a chair and a cushion.
Class 4
Week 4 of the 8 week course, for post natal mums. You will need a chair, a scarf, cushion and something to put on your head! All will be revealed!
Class 5
In this class I show you how to check your abdominal muscles, and also we do some floor work and standing. You will need the chair and a cushion and scarf, plus the ball if you have it.
Class 6
You will need a chair, a scarf, cushion and the resistance ball if you have one, but you can use a cushion too.
Class 7
You will need a chair, a cushion, scarf, ball if you have one and also a book for on the head. if you don't have any of these things, don't worry you can still do the class, use whatever you have around you.
Class 8
A little bit of everything, recapping the main themes of the previous classes. This video has tips for practices that you can do every day..
