In this series of classes, we focus on the fundamental postures of sukhasana, tadasana and dandasana, and all of the variations that arise from them. Also we connect with the hips in sitting and the feet in standing, and remain aware of posture throughout. It is level 1 and we use a cushion or a yoga block. 78 minutes.

Right back to the basics of yoga, the postures, the breathing and the relaxation, this is a perfect practice for a complete beginner or anyone who wants to rediscover the roots. Yoga is sometimes mistaken for being good at postures, and this is not what it is all about. Let's reconnect with the simplicity of it all. 75 minutes. You will need a belt and a cushion.

Continuing on with the basics series, in this practice we incorporate twists and with particular attention to the role of the shoulders in them. Also we finish with a bit of pranayama, simple single nostril breathing before doing our relaxation. Level 1 and 75 minutes. The only prop recommended for this class is a cushion.
Basics 4.
In this practice, we weave the fundamental postures of dandasana, sukhasana and tadasana into other postures, so these 3 are the basis of the practice, but so many postures come from these. This is a level 1 class and it lasts 70 minutes. Have a belt and cushion or yoga block handy.
