Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is not necessarily easier!
Try my chair yoga classes, they are all different and range in difficulty. The chair can be a really useful yoga prop.
Grounding Chair Class
This is the first in a series of classes, exploring the use of the chair to enhance yoga poses, or sometimes to make them easier/more difficult. Any way, we are going to have some fun trying them out. Level 1 or for anyone really, and you might also need a cushion in this class for seated postures.
Chair Yoga Stretching Class
Class 2 of our yoga sessions using a chair. In this class the focus is on stretching out the body, especially the legs. We use the wall and also a cushion and strap. This is suitable for all levels.
Chair Yoga Sun Salutation
Join me and try a variation of the sun salutation that just about everyone can experience and enjoy. Also we explore a few different types of pranayama in this class. Letting go of any expectation and idea of what you should be doing will set you free! 75 minutes long.
Chair Yoga - Lungs
More ways to use the chair in yoga! We also do some belt stretches and variations of traditional standing balances. This is 75 minutes long and level 1.
