Perfect for the autumn and winter season, classes that take place mostly on the mat, with blankets and cushions.
Cosy Yoga 1
I really have felt like just wrapping up in a big blanket recently, so I am designing a set of classes that have a cosy feel for autumn/winter. You will need a cushion, blanket, a pillow and a rolled up towel/blanket for all of these classes. Class 1 is suitable for all levels and is 65 minutes long.
Cosy Yoga 3
Third class in the series, and you will need some cushions and a belt. All of the postures are floor based, so if you are in a room that isn't warm, please wrap up well! This is a level 0-1 class, so no previous experience is needed.
Cosy Yoga 2
Grab a chair, cushion and blanket for our second cosy yoga class for autumn and winter. It is suitable for everyone. This slow styled class will help you wind down and chill out.
Cosy Yoga 4
The 4th installment of cosy yoga for this time of year as we come in to winter, with a slower pace and not really getting up off the mat much! Perfect for low energy days and when you need to look after yourself. Make sure to have some cushions and a blanket.
Cosy Yoga 5
This is the 5th installment of cosy yoga, which you can do on low energy days or when you want a slower pace of class. You will need cushions if you have any knee issues for this practice. It is 70 minutes long. Also a blanket is nice for the relaxation part at the end.
Cosy Yoga 6
The final of this series of classes, you will need a chair, belt plus cushions. Also you can have a blanket for relaxation. We focus on stretching, which is not a competition and it is better to stretch well than to stretch too far. It is 65 minutes long and for all levels.
