A whole series of flow yoga classes, to build on the previous flow yoga category. These classes follow a different them each week and build on easy to follow sequences.

Free Flowing Yoga

The free flowing series of classes begins with this 75 minute practice, which focuses on the traditional postures of warriors, triangles and lunges, with optional vinyasa between poses, which is the modern yoga style. You will find this a full body and mind workout, have some water nearby if needed! I always encourage students to embrace the heat that your body generates, and try not to open windows during it. The heat will help to detox and also help your mobility. No props needed.

 
 

Free Flowing Twists

Flow yoga with a twist! In fact, lot's of twists. It is a prop free, mixed ability class, focusing on moving and breathing. Just do what you can, and take a break if needed. 70 minutes long.

Free Flowing Lunges

Flow based around lunges, both low and high, and with side bends and different arm positions to work the shoulders as well as the lower body. It is a mixed ability class, but it is quite strong so if you are new to yoga, just do what you can and rest if you need to. 70 minutes long.

 
 

Free Flowing Yoga for the back

A flow style class with special focus on back work, supporting the back muscles so they can continue to support you! According to traditional Chinese medicine and philosophy, your stance and gait play not only a significant physical role, but reflects your inner character as well. Hence the traditional proverb: "Stand like a pine, sit like a bell, walk like the wind, lie like a bow."This class will help you stand like a pine!
