+ Mellow Monday Yoga Course
This course is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and is especially beneficial for complete beginners and those with long term injuries or conditions. Sometimes we do chair yoga, and we also incorporate more therapeutic styles of yoga such as restorative and yin.
+ Yoga Basics Level 1 Yoga
This is a level 1 class, so no previous experience of yoga is required. The class is based on the hatha yoga style, and also incorporating pranayama and meditative techniques to make it a well rounded, inclusive yoga practices. Build your strength and improve your flexibility. As it is your own practice, you are welcome to use props if necessary.
+ Yoga Refresher Course
This is a level 1-2 class, so some previous experience of yoga is required. The class is a mixed style of yoga, with sun salutations, flow, hatha, and also incorporating pranayama and meditative techniques to make it a well rounded, inclusive yoga practices. Build your strength and improve your flexibility. As it is your own practice, you are welcome to use props if necessary.
+ Yoga for Everybody
This is a level 1 class, so no previous experience of yoga is required. The class is based on the hatha yoga style, and also incorporating pranayama and meditative techniques to make it a well rounded, inclusive yoga practices. Build your strength and improve your flexibility. As it is your own practice, you are welcome to use props if necessary. Use the pose to get into your body, not use your body to get into your pose.
+ Friday Night Flow Yoga
Flow yoga is a dynamic style, so we do a lot of sun salutations and vinyasa style practices. You don't need any previous yoga experience to do this class, I will offer variations and make it accessible to whoever is in the class.
