How to get back to yoga after a break
Our practice is not always a linear thing, and this reflects life in general. The key is to not feel guilty and to just get back on the mat, it will feel great! No judgement and no pressure.
Part 1
Our practice can come and go and that's fine; we take breaks at different times in the year. During the summer we drift off to do things in the good weather, but when you are ready to get back onto the mat give this practice a go! You will need a brick, cushion and strap if you have them but you can do without of course. It is 70 minutes long and level 1 - 2.
Part 2
We were so lucky to be able to do a class outside! This is a blend of a salutation that is loosely based on the classical style, some joint warming up and then a selection of other practices to free the body up and leave you feeling more open and energised. This practice is level 2-3 and is 75 minutes long. No props needed.
Part 3
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
