Kundalini Library
Kundalini yoga is a style that I love doing, it consists of Kriyas and it works with the bodies energy levels. Often it is challenging during the practice but you feel great after. I am adding to this library ever week to build a full 6 week course.
Energy Reset
Week 1 of this Kundalini Yoga course, we kick start with some energetic detox kriyas. Feel free to use a chair if sitting on the floor is difficult.
De-stress
Learn the breath of fire! Fire up the energy centres and banish stress from the body. Use a chair if you prefer to do the seated kriyas.
Detox
The focus this week is all about letting go of what no longer serves us. You can do some of the practice in a chair if you find sitting on the floor difficult. We compliment the dynamic Kriyas with some yin postures. It is 75 minutes long.
Clearing Kundalini
Clear and elevate your energy field! This is a 70 minute class.
Strengthening Kundalini
This is such a fun, energetic class. Get ready to punch your way to feeling stronger! It is 75 minutes long.
Everyday Kundalini
The final in the series of Kundalini yoga classes, with a practice that can be done anytime. You can use the chair for any seated kriya's. A cushion can be useful for the floor work too. This is an all levels class, and 75 minutes long.
