Balance
The focus of this set of classes is to work on balancing postures, which a lot of people find really difficult!
Balance 1
We are beginning a series of classes that involve balancing postures, and this is more of a level 2 practice. You will need a belt/strap/scarf and a cushion. Feel free to use the wall as well for any balance support you might need. Balance can change from day to day so don't get too attached to the idea of being perfect! I fall over a few times myself! Have fun and don't take it too seriously. This is 75 minutes.
Balance 2
Make it stand out.This is a practice that includes some deep shoulder stretches and yin postures, with balancing postures too. Balance is a subjective thing, so it varies from day to day. Use the wall or a chair for support if you need to. This is a level 2 class and you will need a strap/belt. 75 minutes long.
Balance Postures 3
We tackle the standing balance posture, Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, using belts for support, and also the wall if you need it. The practice is 75 minutes long and is a level 1-2 class.
