Mobility Classes

Welcome to my mobility classes, in which we use a variety of props and methods that will mobilise the joints and keep the body supple. They are all level 1 classes, so suitable for everyone.

Mobility Class 1

We use a brick, belt and a bit of wall in this practice, which is all levels and begins the focus on mobility. If you don't have a brick you can use a rolled up towel or blanket.

 
 
 
 

Mobility Class 2

Mobility in the hips is central to this class, and we use some traditional hatha yoga practices to zone in here. Also I throw in a bit of spinal mobilisation. As always practice caution, even though it is an all levels, gentle class. It is 65 minutes long, and we use a belt or strap plus a cushion or yoga brick if you have it.

 

Mobility Class 3

In this class we focus on simple mobility poses for the whole body, from the head to the toes. This is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, and you will need a cushion. 75 minutes long.

Mobility Class 4

We use yoga in this all levels class to work on our mobility, being able to move in all directions in a balanced, functional way will serve us well throughout our lives. As we get older we definitely an loose a bit of it, but this isn't just confined to older people, younger people can also find a lack of mobility holds them back. So get a cushion and join in! 75 minutes long.
