Begin your journey
Your post natal journey is not about getting back the old, it is about loving the new
How it works
Do the classes at your own pace.
There are short practices, relaxations and longer classes, so plenty to choose from. The important thing is to start slowly, especially if you had a traumatic or medically managed birth. The healing has to be within as well as without. Set yourself small, realistic goals, rather than putting pressure on yourself to get there fast.
What will you need?
I use every day props such as a kitchen chair, scarf, , book, cushion and blanket. I also use a small Coregeous ball which you can buy using the link below, but you don’t have to buy it, you can use a cushion instead.
Bring in the new
If this is your first baby, maybe you have the idea that you can go back to the way you were before. People often say that they want to get back to their pre baby shape. Externally you may achieve this, but you have gone through a period of transformation, and became a mother. Not everything from that person will be useful in this new journey, so sometimes there is a period of letting go and even feeling nostalgic for your old life. It is normal to need help and support also after your baby has arrived. Practice loving kindness towards yourself, and don’t put too much pressure on.
