Body Balance
This prenatal yoga class is all about using postures to balance the body, so that muscularly and structurally your body is better aligned for birth. You will need a chair, cushions and a belt or strap. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
Better Breathing
Apologies about the camera angle, as I have cut my own head off! You will need the ball in this class, plus cushions and blankets. We do some timed practices and some energising Kriyas. 65 minutes long and suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
On and off the ball
As the name suggests, we are on and off the pregnancy ball during this class. It is such a useful tool for your body, your pregnancy and birth. We use the ball plus lots of cushions too. Apologies for the limited view, I am trying to find a position for the camera that cuts out the students as this is filmed in a studio class!
Bonus Class
We carry so much tension in our shoulders! In this practice, the movements will help to alleviate some of that, and coupled with the breath work, you will feel renewed at the end.
