No Frills Yoga
Simple no frills yoga classes, no themes, just yoga.
Sometimes it’s nice to do yoga because it makes us feel good and we love it!
No Frills Yoga
Yoga doesn't always have to have a theme or concept, it is enough on it's own! This class is just yoga, just postures, and lasts 60 minutes. It is suitable for all levels. Feel free to use a belt for the standing balance and the forward bends.
No Frills Yoga 2
The second in my series of Just Yoga classes, where there is no real theme or focus, and we are just doing yoga for the love of it! This is a 70 minute class, and you will need a rolled up towel, or a brick, plus a cushion too. Level 1.
No Frills Yoga 3
Another practice that is just about the yoga. This is 75 minutes long, level 1 and you will need a belt and a cushion. Enjoy!
No Frills Yoga 4
Another installment of the just yoga classes, with no frills or theme, just doing the great practice of yoga! 75 minutes, suitable for level 1
No Frills Yoga 5
Part 5 of the Just Yoga/No Frills series, with no theme each practice, we just do yoga! Perfect for all levels, and you will need a belt or strap plus possibly a cushion if you have any knee pain in lunges. 70 minutes.
No Frills Yoga 6
Simple yoga postures and practices to do at any time of the day or week. For this all levels class, you will need a strap, cushion and some wall space. It is 55 minutes long.
No Frills Yoga 7
In this practice, you will do some energising sun salutations and strong standing postures, that hopefully will improve your circulation and leave you with a feeling of wellbeing. All this in just 70 minutes! This is a level 1 class, and if you have knee issues, then you might benefit from a cushion, but we don't spend a lot of time on the knees.
