This is a 55 minute class, and it’s level 1-2. It is condensed down to a shorter practice, so you can easily fit it into your day. No props needed.
Straight to the core
Have fun in this 1 hour core class, with a mix of high and low balances, standing poses and sun salutations. This is a level 1-2 class, and you might need a cushion.

This 75 minute class is a perfect blend of fast and slow yoga, based around the core, and it is suitable for level 1-2. You will need a strap and a bit of wall space.
Let’s build muscle and bone!
Through core strength practices, weight bearing and the use of the weight of the body throughout, in this style of practice we are encouraging the body to lay down new muscle and bone fibres. We need to incorporate strength work at all ages, but in particular past 40 when we produce less collagen. Technical details aside, this is a strong class that will keep you on your toes, literally!
Whole Body Core Class
This 70 minute class explores how your whole body is involved in postures, not just the stomach muscles, and therefore core is everything! We start with some floor work, then sun salutations, balancing poses and then down again for relaxation. It is a level 2-3 class.
Whole body core workout
For this practice, that lasts just over 1 hour, you might need a few bricks and a cushion. There are core practices mixed with regular yoga postures, finishing off with flipping the dog! This is a level 2 class primarily, and you can do variations if you have wrist issues.
