Refresher Yoga Classes
Need to brush up on your postures?
This series of classes revisits all the classics, to refresh the techniques and alignment cues with each of them. The classes are level 2, so it is best to have done a bit of yoga before. The props for each class are minimal, but will be listed in the description of each class.
Refresher Yoga 1
Revisiting the fundamental yoga postures, along with the different salutations, basically refreshing ourselves on the main yoga postures. This class is 75 minutes long and we use a brick in it. Remember, it doesn't have to be perfect, that is why it is called practice! This is a level 2 class.
Refresher Yoga lunar Postures
This is a great class to practice on the full moon! Lot's of hip centred postures and moon salutations. You will maybe need a cushion to support the knees. Perfect if you have done some lunar postures before, or if this is your first time, but not ideal for a beginner to do this practice, you should have some yoga experience.
