Short Class Library

These classes are all under 50 minutes long, so perfect for times when you are busy. Read the description under each video for more details.

Express Grounding Flow

50 minute flow yoga style class, for level 2-3. We do lots of grounding practices and postures, all in an express time frame so it is easy to fit into your day.

 
 

Toes and fingers

This practice moves your from your toes to your fingers! It is level 1-2 and lasts 45 minutes.

 

50 Minute practice for shoulders and sides

This level 1-2 class is short and sweet, it lasts 50 minutes but you are moving the whole time. The focus is on shoulder stability and stretching the side of the waist and ribs.

Wake Up Call

This is a 50 minute practice that will definitely wake you up! We go straight into Surya Namaskar and then standing poses, seated and a short meditation.

Express Yoga

Another 50 minute class, that moves at a fast pace, with breath led postures, a sequence for the whole body.

Let’s get moving again

Perfect for restarting your practice, or kick starting your digestive system! 45 minutes long and level 1.

 

Fun with Lunges

An exploration of the lunge pose in yoga, there are many different ways to lunge, and these are just a few. This class is 35 minutes long, and you may need a cushion for knee support.

 

Plankathon

Thank goodness this is only 30 minutes long! Plank pose never really gets easier, and there are lots of them in this class.

 

Stability

Find a bit of stability over flexibility in some fun standing postures, test your balance on one leg.

Express Back Strength

A 50 minute express class, starting off with a warm up, some sun salutations and then postures that encourage the lengthening of the spinal muscles, plus strengthening them. There are 6 rounds of Surya Namaskar to warm you up! Level 1-2.

50 minute practice, with sun saluations, standing a seated postures. Level 1-2 class

All about the Lats

This practice focuses on the Latissimus Dorsi muscle on the upper back (lats) and also the shoulders. The arm balance at the end is optional, so there is an alternative offered. Have a blanket and a bit of wall space for this class. It is 35 minutes long and level 1-2.

 

Yoga to open the heart

A great class for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting, it is 30 minutes long and level 1-2.

 

Stretch into Harmony

This is a 50 minute class, filmed on the 16th March 2021. It is suitable for level 1-2, and is mostly hip focused. Let your body and mind be in harmony with one another.

Yin and Yang

The best of both worlds, with static holds and moving from one posture to the next. 35 minutes long.

Mood Boosting 1 hour Practice

This is quite a dynamic practice, starting with some sun salutations and then standing postures, seated postures and shavasana. It is 60 minutes long and Level 1-2.

Gym Ball Yoga

This is an all levels class, so grab your gym ball and have fun! 40 minutes long.

 

Express Yoga Circulation Booster

A 50 minute yoga practice for boosting circulation in the lower body in particular, with a mix of salutations and balancing postures. You can use the cushion for seated postures if you need it. Level 2-3.

Dancing Warrior

A 50 minute practice incorporating twists and the dancing warrior sequence. Suitable for level 1-2.

Express Yoga Balancing Postures

We explore both Warrior 3 and Half moon in this 50 minute class.

 

Rise and Shine Yoga

A great way to start your day, this is a 50 minute practice, full of twists and back bends, energising you and getting rid of the sleepy! Level 1-2.

Express Half Moon

A 50 minute flow style class, with lots of warming practices to get the hips ready for half moon. We start off with gentle stretches, then into a warrior based sun salutation, standing postures and seated postures. Level 1-2.

 
 

First Flow of Spring

50 Minute flow yoga, without much weight bearing, so refreshing if you have any wrist issues. You might need a cushion for the knees in the lunges. This is a perfect morning practice! Level 1-2.

Up and Down

This yoga practice is all about up and down, so we go up, then we go down onto the mat, then up again. It is 50 minutes long and level 1-2. You might need a cushion for this practice.

 
 

Up and Down 2

Another class that mixes standing postures with floor work, so we are literally up and down! It is 53 minutes long and level 2, and no props needed. This is more of a flow based style class.

 

Some like it hot

You will probably feel quite hot after doing this 50 minute practice, hence the name! You will need a belt at the start of the class, and it is suitable for level 2-3.
