Slow to Start
Hybrid classes that all begin with yin style held postures, then speed up to create heat and energy. These are level 2 classes.
Slow to Start
In this series of classes, we will start the practice off slowly with held stretches, before moving onto a flow style middle and relaxation at the end. Level 2 and 70 minutes, you will also need a few bricks or some cushions.
Slow to Start 2
Part 2 in this series of classes, which begin with a few yin style poses, but then progress on to flow and standing poses. You don't need any props for this class, and it is 75 minutes long. Level 2.
Slow to start 3
This is a level 2 practice which starts off with a few yin postures, and through out the class we come back to our breathing, smoothing and softening the edges of it, plus work on "winging" out the shoulder blades and opening the mid-back muscles. It is 70 minutes and you might need a cushion, but that is it props wise.
Slow to Start 4
You will need a cushion and a bit of wall space for this level 2 practice. We have been exploring starting off with yin postures, which are not necessarily easier, in fact they can be really challenging! Meet yourself on the mat with these 2 yin classes before we move on to classical sun saluations - with variations for the knees, and then some standing work. Keep your vibration high with my relaxation at the end. Enjoy!
Slow to Start 5
Make it stand out. This class has some Trikonasana variations in it, but it is mostly a core class, so lots of planks and other practices to target the core muscles. The class begins with 2 yin style postures, and you might need a few cushions or a block for these. This is a level 2 class, so some experience of yoga is needed. It is 70 minutes long.
Slow to Start 6
This practice is 70 minutes long, and previous yoga experience is needed. It begins with a few yin postures, then on to core work and standing postures. You might need a belt for some of the postures.
Slow to Start 7
This practice begins with two yin postures, then moves on to more hatha based postures and breathing. This is a level 2 class, so at least a bit of experience would be beneficial. It is 70 minutes long.
