A lot of the time in the effort to get into a posture in yoga, it's easy to create tension and compression in our bodies. The idea that inspired this series of classes is that we work on keeping our bodies open, especially the spine, which is the powerhouse of energy in the body. This way we release trapped energy and have a feeling of freedom in the postures. This can be hopefully taken into your daily life! The practice is 75 minutes long, level 1 and you don't really need any props except your mat and maybe a cushion.
