Get strong in pregnancy

Do these classes often and you will feel stronger, but in a way that is safe for your changing body. Leg strength in particular can be really beneficial for birth.

 
 

Start to build strength

This is a prenatal yoga class, filmed live as part of my August 2022 course. For this practice, you will need some cushions and pillows and also a few yoga bricks or some books to stack up. It is 75 minutes long and suitable for all stages of pregnancy. We are starting with some gentle stretches then going on to some strength work. Mental and physical strength are of great benefit to us throughout our lives, and most especially during birth!

Yoga for strength

Focusing on building strength and stamina, both mental and physical, this practice is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. You will need a chair, cushions and pillows for relaxation. It is 80 minutes long. Squats and lunges are your best friend in the class!
